Contact exports (CSV)
Exports are how you share results with ops, CRM teams, and leadership without screenshotting dashboards.
At a glance
- Exports can run for:
- selected rows
- filtered results
- “select all across pages” result sets
- Large exports may run as background jobs and appear in export history.
Export from the Contacts list
- Go to Contacts.
- Select contacts (or select all across pages).
- Click Export CSV.
When exports become jobs
Very large result sets may run asynchronously, then become downloadable from export history.
Common mistakes
- Exporting before filters are finalized (you’ll ship the wrong data).
- Exporting without including the fields your downstream team needs (custom fields often matter).
