Contact exports (CSV)

Exports are how you share results with ops, CRM teams, and leadership without screenshotting dashboards.

At a glance

  • Exports can run for:
    • selected rows
    • filtered results
    • “select all across pages” result sets
  • Large exports may run as background jobs and appear in export history.

Export from the Contacts list

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Select contacts (or select all across pages).
  3. Click Export CSV.

When exports become jobs

Very large result sets may run asynchronously, then become downloadable from export history.

Common mistakes

  • Exporting before filters are finalized (you’ll ship the wrong data).
  • Exporting without including the fields your downstream team needs (custom fields often matter).
