Call logs are where you stop guessing and start knowing. This area is built for operators to review recordings, read transcripts, understand outcomes, and debug issues with evidence.

At a glance

  • The Call Logs list is the entry point for browsing sessions.
  • Call Detail is a two-pane page:
    • left: recording + transcript workspace
    • right: insights rail (tabs)
  • What you can see depends on plan and role (some debug tabs are internal-only).
