At a glance
- Export can run as a background job.
- Export history shows queued/processing/completed exports.
- Download is available when the export completes.
Export from the Call Logs list
- Open Call Logs.
- Apply search/filters as needed.
- Click Export CSV.
- If it runs as a job, open export history and download when ready.
Reading export status
- Queued: waiting for processing
- Processing: being generated
- Completed: downloadable
- Failed: needs investigation
