Exports let you share call log evidence with stakeholders without screen-recording your browser.

At a glance

  • Export can run as a background job.
  • Export history shows queued/processing/completed exports.
  • Download is available when the export completes.

Export from the Call Logs list

  1. Open Call Logs.
  2. Apply search/filters as needed.
  3. Click Export CSV.
  4. If it runs as a job, open export history and download when ready.

Reading export status

  • Queued: waiting for processing
  • Processing: being generated
  • Completed: downloadable
  • Failed: needs investigation
