Call log exports (CSV)

Call log CSV export and history in Callaro.

Exports let you share call log evidence with stakeholders without screen-recording your browser.

At a glance

  • The app creates an export from your current search and filter state (and optional row selection or “all matching rows” for bulk).
  • When the job starts, you go to that export’s progress page; the same export appears in Export history.
  • Download CSV is available from the export when the job is completed and the file is ready.

Export from Call logs

  1. Open Call logs.
  2. Set search and filters as needed (or select rows and use bulk export).
  3. Click Export CSV in the table toolbar (or use bulk Export CSV when rows are selected).
  4. You land on the export’s detail page. You can also open Export history from the list page header, pick an export, then Download CSV when status is completed.

From the list header

  • Export history lists recent jobs; each row opens that export’s detail page.

Reading export status

  • Queued: waiting for processing
  • Processing: being generated
  • Completed: downloadable
  • Failed: needs investigation
