# Campaign Wizard Walkthrough (Storyboard)

## Goal

Help a first-time operator complete the 6-step Campaign Wizard confidently, understand what matters, and know what “healthy” looks like before scaling.

## Output requirements

* **Duration**: 90–120 seconds
* **Format**: captions-only (no voiceover)
* **Viewport**: 1440x900, Chrome, light theme
* **Tenant**: "Acme Realty"
* **Redaction**: blur phone numbers, lead names, CRM notes, and any real emails
* **Style**: fast, calm, operator-grade; show only what matters

## Chapter outline (timestamps)

### 0:00–0:08 — Why this wizard exists

* Show Campaigns list.
* Click **Create Campaign**.
* Caption: “A great campaign is consistent: audience + agent + numbers + windows + outcomes.”

### 0:08–0:22 — Step 1: Basics

* Pick a template (optional) briefly.
* Enter a strong campaign name.
* Select an agent.
* Caption: “Name it like you’ll debug it later. Agent controls script + tools + voice.”

### 0:22–0:42 — Step 2: Telephony

* Select Primary From Number.
* Add 2 additional numbers to pool.
* Show “Prefer country-matched” toggle.
* Scroll to Pool capacity breakdown and pause 1 second.
* Caption: “Pool rotation is weighted + sticky. Capacity limits safe speed.”

### 0:42–1:05 — Step 3: Audience

* Choose Upload CSV.
* Upload a demo CSV.
* Show 2–3 mapping rows (Store as + Agent variable).
* Trigger one duplicate mapping warning and fix it.
* Caption: “Mapping is a contract. Duplicate targets = silent loss.”

### 1:05–1:23 — Step 4: Schedule

* Switch to Scheduled, set a time.
* Set timezone (keep contact-local logic).
* Enable call windows and use Copy to all.
* Turn off full pool capacity and set a custom concurrency limit.
* Caption: “Windows + timezone block/allow dialing. Pace safely for pilots.”

### 1:23–1:45 — Step 5: Outcomes

* Configure retries and voicemail behavior.
* Enable A/B testing with 2 variants and show weights sum to 100.
* Add one goal (Answer Rate).
* Caption: “Retries amplify list quality. A/B should change one thing at a time.”

### 1:45–2:00 — Step 6: Review and next actions

* Show Review summary table.
* Caption: “If it doesn’t tell one clear story, fix it before launch.”
* Click to create/save.
* End card captions: “Run the Launch Checklist. Watch the first 10–20 calls.”

## Screens to capture (minimum)

* Create Campaign entry + stepper
* Each step screen with a “healthy configuration”
* Review summary with full rows visible

## CTA end card

* “Next: Run the Campaign Launch Checklist”
* “If it doesn’t dial: Troubleshooting (Not Dialing)”
