Managing your plan and credits
Open Billing from the app. The header shows Billing. The subtitle either explains that credits are managed by your service provider or that you can view balance, usage, and manage recharges.
Billing opens on Overview. Use the tabs to switch to Wallet history, Rate and Pulse change history, and How it works.
There is no subscription plan picker on these screens. You see prepaid credit balance, pulse-based voice pricing, month-to-date costs for voice, knowledge base, and call analysis where applicable, optional quota fields such as Max concurrent calls and Max sessions, and recharge or request credits depending on your role and whether online checkout is enabled for your organization.
From Overview, quick actions can take you to Invoices, Usage details, or Wallet history.

Inactive or suspended accounts
If the account is not fully active, Overview may show a banner with titles such as Account suspended, Service provider account is …, or Account inactive. The text states that new calls cannot be started or that your service provider’s account is inactive.

Who can recharge
Superadmin, partner admin, and tenant admin roles (and “request” mode where your org uses credit requests instead of self-serve checkout) determine whether you can add credits. If you are not allowed to top up, the control shows Top up unavailable and explains that only a workspace admin can recharge and that you should ask one to top up the wallet.
The dialog is titled Recharge Credits or Request Credits. When paying online, the description may say that payment is processed via the configured checkout. In request mode, the text differs for partner-scoped tenants vs direct tenants.

Rate and pulse history
On Rate and Pulse change history, the table columns are Date, Changed by, and Changes, with labels such as Pulse or Price/pulse in the changes column. If there is no history yet, you see No rate or pulse changes recorded yet. With no tenant selected for tenant-scoped views, you may see Select a tenant to view rate and pulse change history.
